Hey, I'm Keith. I often consider myself "a qualified manager of people and projects who accomplishes goals through building and nurturing productive business relationships." But really, I am just a guy that loves working with people to help them reach their full potential. I am consistently professional in all that I do. My diverse background includes industry training in management, project coordination, community organizing, operations, team building, and customer service, spanning nearly 20 years.

As the Director of Training and Development for E3 Business Academy LLC and the Founding Director of the K D Mack Foundation, I look for ways to apply my managerial and project coordination skills, along with a passion for human capital, to ensure that bottom line goals and missions are achieved.

Through leadership experience, I have provided ways to enhance organizational and operational systems. I employ every means accessible to achieve aims and objectives and to created win-win situations. I have become well-respected for problem solving and managerial skills.
